On Samsø we have converted an old barn into a restaurant,
who, together with our guests, create the setting and a cozy atmosphere,
where you can enjoy a nice meal.
We take pride in using local ingredients as much as possible.
and uses classic cooking traditions with a modern twist.
In our kitchen we also produce our handmade Samsø Specialties,
which we sell in over 100 stores in the country and here in our webshop.
